Power Invest, for the purpose of operating the domain www.powerinvest.pt (“Website”), processes personal data, that is, information related to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject(s)”). A natural person is considered identifiable if they can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, online identifiers, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person (“Personal Data”).
The use of the Website by any user will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions”), and using it implies the User's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Whenever Power Invest determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data, it will be qualified as the Data Controller, ensuring compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016, and other applicable data protection and privacy laws (“Data Protection Legislation”).

The processing of Personal Data will be performed both automatically and manually using IT tools, applying logic strictly related to the intended purposes, while ensuring the security and confidentiality of Personal Data at all times.
Disclosure and transmission of personal data
Power Invest employees will process the Personal Data of Data Subjects in the performance of their professional duties and will process the Personal Data exclusively in accordance with the terms specified in this Privacy Policy. Personal Data may be made available to third parties tasked with providing services to Power Invest (“Subcontractors”), bound by a written contract to process the data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and not allowed to process it, directly or indirectly, for any other purpose, for their own benefit, or for a third party. In the case of legal obligations, the Personal Data of Data Subjects may be transmitted to third parties for their own purposes, including banks and insurance companies, judicial, administrative, supervisory, or regulatory authorities, and entities that lawfully conduct data collection, fraud prevention, and anti-fraud activities.
International transfers
Power Invest may transfer the Personal Data of the Data Subject outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”), to locations that may not guarantee the same level of protection. However, where applicable, Power Invest will only transfer Personal Data outside the EEA in accordance with the following measures:

Rights of data subjects
Under current or future Data Protection Legislation, Power Invest informs that Data Subjects have the right to access, rectify, restrict, port, delete, and object to the processing of Personal Data in certain circumstances, as described in this section of the Privacy Policy. If the lawful basis for processing your personal data is consent or legitimate interest, you may withdraw your consent or object to the processing at any time without any consequence to you, but without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out up to that point. If consent is withdrawn or an express objection is made, Power Invest will immediately cease processing your personal data for that purpose, unless it is necessary to process the data to comply with legal and/or contractual obligations. You may at any time, in writing, exercise the rights provided for in Data Protection Legislation and other applicable laws through the means described in Section 10 of this Privacy Policy.
Security and confidentiality
To ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Data, protected databases are used, including, among others, appropriate firewalls and passwords, in accordance with the provisions of Data Protection Legislation. Access to Personal Data is only possible for authorized employees who have a real need to use the Personal Data, in accordance with security and confidentiality principles. Violations of this Privacy Policy by Power Invest employees may result in disciplinary action. Compliance with Power Invest's policies and procedures is monitored and verified periodically.
